Founded in 2017, Consulting Connextions was built on a simple purpose — providing education,  guidance, and reliable support to individuals navigating landlord-tenant law and housing rights.  As the ever-changing housing crisis continued to impact communities nationwide, the growing  demand for operational support and sustainable housing solutions pushed our original vision  forward. We recognized that meaningful change begins within both conventional and affordable  housing operations, where strong leadership, strategic planning, and community-focused  management create lasting impact. 

With the support of our community partners and industry relationships, Consulting Connextions  expanded beyond advocacy into comprehensive business consulting and operational support for  property management organizations and housing providers. Our focus shifted toward helping  stabilize housing operations through strategic asset management solutions while providing  hands-on support in critical day-to-day operations. 

From budget development and financial forecasting training to organizational restructuring, policy  and procedure development, and the creation of essential job descriptions, our services were  designed to strengthen the foundation of housing operations from the inside out. Through our  dedication to meaningful change and our wide range of industry experience, we evolved into a  consulting firm that delivers wraparound services supporting tenants, landlords, ownership  groups, and property management teams alike.
